Caesars New Orleans: A New Era of Entertainment in the Heart of the City
Caesars Entertainment has completed a massive $435 million transformation of Harrah’s into Caesars New Orleans. The celebration, held on Canal Street, was attended by members of the casino team, Mayor LaToya Cantrell, and company executives, including Caesars Entertainment CEO Tom Rigg. After a festive ceremony and parade with New Orleans-style music, guests made their way to the elegant Octavia Bar.
Caesars Entertainment President and COO Anthony Carano expressed pride in bringing the brand to New Orleans, noting that the casino offers unique entertainment and celebrity chefs such as Emeril Lagasse and Nobu.
Caesars New Orleans is the only land-based casino in the city with an updated gaming area that includes more than 1,300 slot machines, 120 gaming tables and a poker room. In addition, guests are welcomed by restaurants from famous chefs and a luxurious leisure center, making Caesars New Orleans a new era of entertainment in the heart of the city.
