Wynn Resorts’ $5.1 billion project in Ras Al Khaimah is set to open in Q1 2027, bringing the first integrated resort to the UAE and MENA region.

Wynn Resorts has announced significant progress on the construction of its Wynn Al Marjan Island project on the island of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. The $5.1 billion project, exceeding its initial cost of $3.9 billion, remains on track to open in the first quarter of 2027.

Construction of the resort’s main tower has reached the 26th floor, and more than 55% of the concrete work is already complete. Completion is scheduled for December 2025.

The project will feature 1,542 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, a nightclub, a beach club and luxury boutiques on a 15,000 m² shopping street. The resort will also feature a spa, theater, conference center and tropical pools. The partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding makes the resort a major player in the UAE market, which is expected to generate $3-$5 billion in revenue annually.
