Live Casino Products Gain Ground Across Europe
Live Casino Products Gain
Live casino is gaining stronger positions across key European markets, with Evolution leading growth and Playtech and Pragmatic Play increasing competition.

Live casino products are gaining a larger share of player attention across several major European gambling markets. New market data covering the United Kingdom, Italy, and the Netherlands shows that live titles are moving from niche positions to more prominent placements in operator lobbies.

Evolution has recorded the strongest growth among live casino suppliers. In the UK, the company moved from a very small content share to become the leading live casino provider. The shift was largely driven by Crazy Time, which gained momentum from the summer of 2025, as well as newer titles released in late 2025 and early 2026.

One of the strongest recent launches was Ice Fishing, a title that combines live casino and crash-style mechanics. The format has attracted attention because it brings together elements of game shows, live dealer content, and fast-paced gameplay.

Italy showed a similar trend. As slot content slightly declined in market share, live casino games climbed into second place among gaming genres. Crazy Time remained one of the strongest-performing titles, while Ice Fishing also gained visibility.

The Netherlands recorded the sharpest shift among the three markets. Live casino content grew from around 0.1% of market share to more than 7% within less than a year, placing the category behind only slots.

Competition in the segment is also increasing. Playtech and Pragmatic Play remain among the main challengers, while Evolution continues to dominate leading game rankings across all three markets. The data shows that live casino is becoming one of the key growth areas in European online gaming.
