Jackpot Digital is expanding its footprint in North America by entering the Ontario market with innovative e-gaming.

Vancouver-based Jackpot Digital has received a license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), giving the company access to the province’s casino market. Jackpot Digital, considered a leading developer of e-games for non-dealer poker, can now offer its gaming solutions in Ontario’s regulated venues, including casinos.

CEO Jake Kalpakian called the license a significant achievement. “This opens the door for us to operate in one of the most dynamic markets in North America, allowing us to introduce our innovative systems to Ontario casinos,” he said.

Following the Ontario license, the company plans to partner with casino operators. Jackpot Digital has also applied for licenses in other jurisdictions in Canada and the United States.

The company recently began working with a Saskatchewan casino to install its Jackpot Blitz machines, the first non-regulated tribal contract as part of Jackpot Digital’s expansion into the land-based casino market.
