London-based Flows has introduced FlowsOmni, a revolutionary omnichannel solution that connects offline and online gambling. This platform allows operators to integrate players' physical and digital experiences, providing a single ecosystem for interaction across channels. FlowsOmni also helps strengthen player loyalty and improves operational processes.

This year, Flows received a strategic investment from Light & Wonder, accelerating the company’s development as a technology provider in the industry. Previously, Light & Wonder used Flows’ services to develop jackpot features.
Additionally, in October, bookmaker solutions provider Amelco integrated Flows’ technologies to launch innovative products. The partnership provides access to advanced no-code solutions, simplifying operational processes for operators.
