Mohegan Integrates Artificial Intelligence in Partnership with Gaming Analytics

The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority has taken an important step toward innovation entering into a multi-year agreement with Gaming Analytics to implement artificial intelligence in its gaming facilities. 

According to Mohegan President and CEO Ray Pino, the collaboration with Gaming Analytics will enable the integration of platforms for player development, campaign management and corporate governance into a comprehensive suite of solutions. This will help optimize operations and achieve the company's strategic goals.

The AI ​​technology introduced by Gaming Analytics is expected to understand player behavior and preferences better, allowing for more personalized services. She will also help improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement at all Mohegan gaming properties, including Mohegan Sun in Connecticut and Mohegan in Pennsylvania.
