Innovative сollaboration to expand sports betting and support for women’s hockey.

FanDuel has officially become a partner of the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) in the United States and Canada. The deal also makes FanDuel the league’s exclusive streaming partner in the United States, where up to 90 regular season and playoff games will be broadcast via the operator’s app.

Canadian FanDuel users will not have access to the broadcasts for now, as the PWHL is broadcast on TSN, RDS, CBC/Radio-Canada, and starting in 2025 on Prime Video.

Launched on January 1, 2024, the six-team league has managed to break women’s hockey attendance records twice. The deal underscores the importance of supporting women’s sports, with FanDuel Canada general manager Dale Hooper saying, “This is a new era of fan engagement.”

FanDuel is actively developing partnerships with women’s leagues, including the WNBA, which will enter the Canadian market in 2026.
