British Columbia Gets a Boost: IGT Launches Money Mania with Cross-Channel Jackpots

International Game Technology (IGT) has launched its new omnichannel slot game, Money Mania, in British Columbia. The game is available on PlayNow.com, operated by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), and at 22 BCLC-run casinos across the province.

IGT uniquely offers omnichannel games with a progressive jackpot across land-based, online, and mobile platforms. BCLC was the first to use this feature with the 2016 launch of Powerbucks slots in partnership with IGT, which continues to be highly successful in Canada.

“Given our players’ enthusiasm for Powerbucks, BCLC is excited to launch IGT’s Money Mania with its cross-channel jackpots,” said Dan Beebe, COO of BCLC.

Money Mania offers a multi-level progressive jackpot with a $100,000 top prize and a growing Mania Jackpot starting at $4,000. This launch is part of IGT’s strategy in Canada, where it leads the market and collaborates with Loto-Québec and Atlantic Lottery Corporation.
