Three foreign gambling platforms for breaking the law by providing illegal services to Australians.

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has formally warned three international gambling operators - SlotCatalog, Lucky Block and Rooli - for breaching the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.

The ACMA found that these companies were providing gambling access to Australian users without the necessary licence. SlotCatalog, introduced by Fyodor Havlovsky, allowed access to unregistered platforms. Lucky Block and Rooli also offered license-free services.

The ACMA is reminding foreign operators that they must obtain licenses to provide gambling services in Australia to protect consumers from illegal services.
